Please advise Decadent Man of any returns prior to posting any returns. This can be done by filling out the 'Product return' form located under the customer service section of this site.
Please keep the product in original condition.
Damaged returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged due to a manufacturing error.
There are no returns on personalised items unless the goods are faulty. This extends to custom sourced items which are not normally stocked by Decadent Man.
If the product is faulty we will refund you for regular shipping back to us if you include the receipt in your package. Shipping will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
